Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients in an outpatient setting. The role includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, with potential delegation to RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
The RN CAP 2 may be entry level through CAP 2 criteria or advanced from CAP 1, and will participate in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities within the End Stage Kidney
