Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 track within its Clinical Advancement Program. The role focuses on comprehensive patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for a patient group, with coordination of care among RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
