Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in East Chicago, IN seeks an entry-level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation during hemodialysis.
As part of the ESKD care team, you will collaborate with RN staff, undergo CAP requirements, and support education, documentation, and quality improvement within the clinic.
