Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in New Hampshire is seeking an entry level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. This float role covers Claremont and Lebanon, providing dialysis care and coordinating patient treatment.
You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure quality outcomes and compliance with policy.
