Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Union City, CA seeks a Registered Nurse for Outpatient RN CAP 2 within the Clinical Advancement Program. This role supports assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group, with delegation to direct care staff as appropriate.
As a member of the End Stage Kidney Disease team, you may lead, educate and participate in quality-improvement activities, with CAP requirements to maintain or advance. RN licensure and BLS/CPR are required.
