Job description

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program in Sheboygan, WI. The RN will coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group in the ESRD setting.

Responsibilities include patient data collection, treatment plan adjustments, education, medication administration, and emergency response as needed. Collaboration with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and PCTs is required.
