Job description
Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Outpatient Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). You will coordinate and deliver clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group within the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) care team.
