Job description

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level RN for the Outpatient CAP program in Sun Prairie, WI. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group.

Responsibilities include nursing data collection, education, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, effective hemodialysis delivery and adherence to CAP requirements.
