Job description
Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse (CAP 1) for the Outpatient CAP program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, assess patients, plan interventions, and evaluate outcomes within the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.
You may delegate tasks to RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians while contributing to teaching, leadership, and quality improvements across the facility.
