Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 track, entering the Clinical Advancement Program. You will coordinate and deliver clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including delegation to care staff as needed.
As a vital member of the ESKD care team, you will participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.
