Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis. You will participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement as part of the ESKD health care team.
The role involves collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and patient care technicians, leading education, and ensuring compliance with policy, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
