Job description

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients in a dialysis setting.

The role involves collaborating with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, educating patients and families, and contributing to quality improvement activities within the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.
