Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in New York seeks an outpatient RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group. The role includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, with potential delegation to RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
You will participate in education, leadership, and quality improvement activities within the ESKD care team. The position requires RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and a foundation in nephrology nursing.
