Job description
Fresenius Medical Care Savannah seeks a professional RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate high-quality care for patients undergoing hemodialysis. The role includes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, with guidance from the Clinical Educator and team leaders.
Ideal candidates are entry-level RNs with nephrology nursing exposure, capable of mentoring staff, adhering to policies, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the dialysis unit.
