Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in the United States is seeking an experienced RN for the Outpatient RN CAP 2 role within the Clinical Advancement Program. The position focuses on coordinated care, assessment, planning, and evaluation for an assigned patient group in a hemodialysis setting.
The RN CAP 2 may supervise staff, provide education to patients and families, administer medications, participate in quality improvement, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
