Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Vista, CA is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 designation. This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group within the ESKD care team.
You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, participate in teaching, leadership and quality improvement activities, and pursue CAP advancement upon meeting program requirements.
