Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 program in Elk River, Minnesota. The role focuses on assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for a group of patients within the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.
You will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and support ongoing quality improvement. The position requires RN licensure in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and on-site clinical training.
