Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 track to participate in the Clinical Advancement Program, providing comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group.
You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians, coordinate care for hemodialysis patients, and participate in quality improvement activities within the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.
