Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Ardmore, PA seeks an Outpatient RN CAP 2 to coordinate and deliver nephrology care within the Clinical Advancement Program. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care with the ESKD team and mentor other staff.
Requirements include RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and a minimum of 2 years nephrology nursing experience; successful completion of CAP requirements and potential to serve as a preceptor or team leader.
