Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient RN CAP 2 to join the End Stage Kidney Disease care team. The role encompasses assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group with potential delegation to care staff.
This position supports entry into the Clinical Advancement Program for qualified RNs. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, engage in education and quality improvement activities, and may serve as a Preceptor after meeting
