Job description

Fresenius Medical Care in Chattanooga, TN invites an entry-level RN into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group, with delegation to other staff as needed.

Under supervision, you perform hemodialysis patient data collection, adjust treatment plan, educate patients and families, administer meds per protocol, and participate in staff training.
