Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 track in Flint, MI. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation within the ESKD care team.
As part of the Clinical Advancement Program, you will participate in decision-making, teach others, and contribute to quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.
