Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 position in Michigan, joining the Clinical Advancement Program. The role provides assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group with potential delegation to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
The nurse participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership and quality improvement activities while pursuing CAP requirements to advance within the program.
