Job description
Jackson Physician Search is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient role in the East Bay. The position features a 4-day schedule with no nights or weekends, a turnkey practice model with EPIC EMR, and dedicated AI scribe and MAs.
Base compensation ranges from $350,000 to $400,000+ with incentives, plus sign-on and relocation assistance. Cantonese fluency is preferred, reflecting community needs in Oakland area.
