Family Medicine Physician – Primary Care

Because of our deep commitment to the La Grande, OR community - we are expanding our Primary Care team and looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join us!
Our La Grande clinic has built a culture centered on respect, collaboration, and taking care of one another. You'll practice alongside two physicians and three experienced Advanced Practice Providers, with an integrated LCSW and two Community Health Workers who help support the mental health and broader needs of our patients. Our providers are collegial, approachable, and genuinely excited to partner with you!
Practice Highlights
Join an established Family Medicine practice with a developed outpatient panel
100% outpatient-only Family Medicine with no obstetrics
Four-day workweek designed to promote work-life balance
Average of 18 patients per day, allowing time for thoughtful, relationship-centered care
Shared call responsibilities with no hospital call requirements
Physician autonomy supported by experienced clinic leadership and robust administrative resources

Compensation & Incentive Package
Year one guarantee: $270,000

Qualifications
Highly-engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient's confidentiality
Compassionate and approachable
Responsible and trustworthy
Attend work regularly and on time
