Job description
Spearfish, South Dakota Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their well‑established practice, which provides comprehensive care for the entire family through all phases of life. This is an outpatient opportunity where physicians participate in rotating city call and Urgent Care call coverage (1:8).

Busy medical community with a 42‑bed, level 4 trauma center hospital
Staffed with Emergency Medicine physicians and Hospitalists
