Job description
NPHire in Upstate New York seeks a DNP nurse practitioner for an outpatient clinic locum role. Work Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an expected 18–22 patient load daily, addressing acute and chronic care across all ages. Active NY nursing license, Medicaid enrollment, and prescriptive authority required; FQHC experience preferred.
Dates: mid August for 2–3 months. On-site position in a community health setting with standard clinical protocols.
