Job description
United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a board certified Family Medicine NP or PA for our UHS Upper Front Street Medical Center. The role focuses on same-day and wellness visits in a 100% outpatient clinic, with hours Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. in the Southern Tier, NY.
Annual compensation ranges from $131,900 to $155,200, with benefits and collaboration under physician direction. You will educate patients, perform physicals, and coordinate tests and care plans.
