Job description
Hendricks Regional Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner for outpatient Lizton Family Medicine. The APRN collaborates with sponsoring physicians to provide primary care, maintain medical records, and coordinate patient follow-up and referrals. Strong communication with staff and patients is essential.
The ideal candidate holds an MSN, Indiana APRN certification, and has 2+ years in primary care. Clinic operates 8:00am–4:30pm with 40 hours weekly, located in Lizton, IN.
