Position
A well‑established physician‑led medical group is seeking a board‑eligible or board‑certified family medicine physician to join our growing team.
Practice Location
Situated in a mountainous mini‑city in southern Oregon, this family medicine practice boasts riverfront views, friendly communities, and endless outdoor recreation.
Position Highlights
4 day work week (32 hours)
100% outpatient care – no nights or weekends required
Dedicated medical assistant and scribe services
2027 graduates welcome – mentorship provided
Compensation
Proven ability to earn over $300,000–$350,000+ annually
Guaranteed base salary with lucrative productivity bonus, annual profit bonus, and monthly good citizen bonus
$50,000 sign‑on bonus with $20,000 for relocation
Loan assistance provided privately
Medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, short‑ and long‑term disability, 403(b), and CME coverage
