Job description
Pearl Street Medical Clinic, part of Praxis Health, seeks a Family Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient role in Eugene, Oregon. You will focus on building long‑term relationships with a diverse patient panel, supported by experienced staff and a strong referral network.
This is a four‑day workweek with 36 patient hours and no hospital responsibilities. A guaranteed base of $270,000 in the first year accompanies comprehensive benefits, CME, PTO, and loan‑repayment opportunities.
