Job description
Alliance Recruiting Resources is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for their Victorville, California facility. This strictly outpatient role offers the opportunity to work with a team of primary-care physicians and advanced-practice providers while seeing patients of all ages. You’ll enjoy a competitive compensation package of $275K to $320K, along with lucrative bonuses of up to $120K.
The position allows for a 4-day workweek and comes with a solid benefit structure. Skills in Spanish are a plus.
