Job description
Alliance Recruiting Resources is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a system-owned multi-specialty group in Effingham, Illinois. This outpatient position involves seeing 20 to 24 patients per day and committing to 36 hours of patient care each week.
Compensation is estimated to be around $240K, complemented by wRVU and value-based incentives, with additional benefits like loan repayment. Effingham is a welcoming community with good schools and excellent real estate values, located just 90 minutes from St. Louis.
