Job description
Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient practice with flexible scheduling designed to promote physician well-being and professional growth.
The role includes caring for 22-28 patients per clinic day, with 24/7 hospitalist support for admissions and optional faculty involvement in an established Family Medicine Residency Program.
