Job description
Parkview Health in Warren, IN seeks an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician (board-certified or board-eligible) to join their team. This role features Monday–Friday hours from 7am to 6pm, with some flexibility for extended hours.
The clinic expects 36 patient contact hours weekly (32 in clinic, 4 rounding/chart prep) and 22–26 patient encounters per day, with a 1:6 call requirement. OB is optional. Office location: 470 Bennett Drive, Warren, IN.
