Job description
Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient role designed around physician well-being and schedule autonomy. The position offers strong professional growth and the opportunity to see 22-28 patients per day.
Inpatient admissions are handled by hospitalists, with optional academic involvement mentoring residents in our Family Medicine Residency Program.
