Board Eligible/ Board Certified
Family Practice physician
to join their team in
Ligonier, Indiana
.
Specifics of the Role
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm but potential for extended hours for improved patient access
Minimum Required Hours Per Week:
36 hours
Call Schedule:
1:8 for outpatient call
All calls are triaged through the nurses
The Team
The team consists of 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers.
The team covers general family medicine cases including pediatrics, adult and geriatrics, chronic disease management and optional OB.

that includes a 3/4 mile health walk and meditation garden

extensive array of inpatient and outpatient services
