The Provider Finder is seeking two Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join our outpatient primary care network across Southbury, Naugatuck, and Shelton, CT. These are full-time, direct-hire positions with a patient-centered group focused on quality care.
