Community Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, is seeking Family Medicine Physicians for Grand Valley Primary Care across Palisade, Grand Junction, and Fruita. This 100% outpatient practice offers a ramp-up period and strong support from a wide network of specialists.
Expected schedule includes 32 patient contact hours plus 8 administrative hours weekly, with 20–40 minute visits and phone-call on-call. Meditech Expanse EMR and a robust network back the team.
