Job description
HSHS Medical Group in Decatur, IL is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team. The position is outpatient-focused with strong community support. The practice is 100% outpatient with a Monday-Friday schedule and options for a 4- or 5-day week.
Minimal call, group shared, phone-based; no holidays or weekends. Strong support staff and EPIC EMR. Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start and board certification or eligibility are required; 2-year base guarantee
