Riggs Community Health Center in Lafayette, IN seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient primary care in a state‑of‑the‑art, non‑profit clinic. This PCMH‑certified facility emphasizes access to quality care for underserved communities and collaborative care across disciplines.
