Job description
Vision Quest Solutions is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to support Fort Yuma Health Care Center in Winterhaven, California, with an anticipated start date of November 2, 2026. The FNP will provide outpatient primary and same-day care, evaluating and treating patients, ordering tests, prescribing medications within privileges, coordinating referrals, and completing documentation.
