Job description
BAS Healthcare, Inc. in Portland, OR, seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (Gerontology) for an outpatient, clinic-only role with no on-call requirements. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with potential 3–4 day weeks. Start date November 2026; full-time availability preferred.
You will join an 11-member interdisciplinary team to serve adults over 55, providing both in-clinic and off-site visits to living facilities and homes.
