Job description
AMN Healthcare is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for locum tenens support in Lafayette, Indiana. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with nine-hour shifts and overtime after 9 hours, including 30 minutes administrative time and a 1-hour lunch.
The role is primarily outpatient with on-call hospital consults and inpatient rounding. The case mix is ~70% Oncology and 30% benign Hematology; 90-day credentialing timeframe; Indiana license and DEA registration preferred.
