Job description

Fresenius Medical Care in Independence, MO is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for dialysis patients, coordinating with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians under supervision.

You will collect patient data during hemodialysis, adjust plans as needed, and educate patients and families about self-care and treatment options.
