Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Colorado is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse (Outpatient RN CAP 1) to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, with potential delegation to other care staff.
As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease team, you will participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities.
