Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient RN CAP 1 in a hospital-based nephrology setting. This entry level role advances through the Clinical Advancement Program while coordinating care for a defined group of patients undergoing hemodialysis.
The RN will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians, provide patient education, administer medications, and participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
