Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. The role includes assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for a patient group in a dialysis setting.
You will collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and patient care technicians to deliver safe hemodialysis therapy, provide education to patients and families, and participate in quality improvement activities within the ESKD care team.
