Job description
Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant-Certified to join the Kidney Medicine team. The provider will evaluate, diagnose and manage adults with hypertension, CKD, kidney stones and electrolyte disorders across outpatient and dialysis settings.
Collaboration with physicians and a multi-disciplinary team is essential to optimize outcomes. The role includes patient education and participation in rounds to ensure high‑quality kidney care.
