Job description
Boston Medical Center (BMC) seeks an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to support the Breastfeeding Medicine Clinic in the OB/GYN outpatient setting. The role includes counseling patients, performing pre/post feed assessments, and coordinating care with providers in co-visit sessions.
The IBCLC will triage referrals, manage follow-up, and contribute to program metrics and education efforts, including supervision of trainees and community lactation activities.
